Fast don't eat OMAD one meal a day fasting is a weekly habit of the Lord God my aim is to fast 3 days each week with 4 large meals a week my body goes through autophagy & autophagy gets rid of loose skin. Autophagy clears up misfolded proteins & i've tried fasting for 7 days it's very difficult on the body but now i can fast for 1 day a week because of back to back fasting practice, in the past i tried eating no more than 1 meal after 2 months fast it really tough on the body . For the month of April 2025 AD Anno Domini in the year of our LORD Jesus Christ. Starting Saturday March 1 2025 AD Anno Domini in the year of our LORD Jesus Christ , I tried to fast 2 Months back to back all year round & only eating 1 meal after 2 months it was very difficult my body was not fit enough to fast for 2 months eating only 1 meal so I stopped the 2 month fast & took a little break ran out of Phosphorus but have since reordered in the future I'll attempt to fast for 2 months again & expect to be healthy at 92 old age & live beyond the year 3 000 AD Anno Domini in the year of our LORD Jesus Christ that would make me 1 015 years old, older than Methuselah.

In addition to its basic functions, autophagy is activated in response to a decrease in nutrient availability & is considered one of the mechanisms responsible for the benefit of calorie restriction- investigation of the link between mitochondrial calcium transport & autophagy, the researchers submitted mice to four months of calorie restriction & found their liver mitochondria to contain higher levels of NCLX than samples from mice fed an unrestricted diet. They then used cultured liver cells to create models that mimicked calorie restriction & again observed an increase in NCLX expression.
